Elevating GRESB Reporting for 2025: Measurabl Produktverbesserungen

Effective reporting starts with reliable data. We’ve dedicated significant effort to improving data quality, and our newly launched Data Manager, is designed to make this easier than ever. Features like Quality Check and Outlier Detection leverage advanced machine learning to identify and address anomalies such as duplicate readings, unusually high costs, low usage, or gaps caused by missing meter data. The tool also provides actionable suggestions to help you resolve these issues seamlessly.

Während Measurabl’s GRESB interface won’t undergo major changes this year, we’re introducing behind-the-scenes enhancements that make a big impact. These include:

  • Improvements to data modeling and accuracy, which will result in the most favorable quantitative data we’ve ever delivered, giving you greater control and flexibility over how your data is processed and presented.
  • Automation of asset-level reporting metrics, like water reuse and fuel-specific footprints, saving you time and effort. For instance, you can now avoid the hassle of manually tabulating water reuse metrics for GRESB’s asset-level reports. Similarly, for buildings where fuel is used for only a portion of the footprint, you can report on just the served areas, as well as report meters that serve mixed common + tenant spaces in GRESB’s Shared Services format.
  • Streamlined data transformations, reducing manual adjustments and ensuring compliance with GRESB’s evolving standards.

Zusamenfassend, what this means: less effort and time on your part, and better, measurable Ergebnisse.
