Matt is responsible for overall company operations, product vision, and investor relations. Before founding Measurabl, Matt spent five years with CBRE, the world’s largest commercial real estate services company, where he led CBRE’s Sustainability Practice Group, implemented its industry-first global carbon neutrality program, and served as the company’s first Director of Sustainability Solutions. He was also the youngest member of CBRE’s Global Sustainability Advisory Committee. Matt’s debut book, From Green to ESG, is available now!

Lance Onken

Mitbegründer & CTO

Lanze ist Measurabl's Mitbegründer und CTO, wo er die Produktentwicklung überwacht und für die technologische Vision und die Teams verantwortlich ist, die das Produkt auf den Markt bringen. Maureen Waters

VORSITZENDER

Maureen is Measurabl’s President, spearheading sales, marketing, strategic partnerships, HR, finance, customer success and solutions engineering, in addition to directing the overall growth strategy and execution of Measurabl’s three-year strategic plan.

Maureen has an extensive and distinguished career across real estate, technology, and venture capital, spanning over 25 years. She has successfully built and scaled profitable real estate and technology companies, taking them from inception to unicorn status including establishing MetaProp Ventures as a PropTech innovation leader, transforming Ten-X into a tech-enabled transaction platform, and executing strategic transformation plans, leading M&A, marketing, and sales teams for industry giants such as Cushman & Wakefield. Prior experience includes senior executive roles at Bill Gates Investments and CBRE.

Sara Anzinger

Sara is SVP of Strategy and ESGx at Measurabl where she leads an incubator for ESG data and cross-functional growth initiatives requiring coordination across product, strategic partnerships, marketing and sales. 

Sara’s 20+ years of experience in real estate finance, banking, and sustainability inform her intrapreneurial spirit. She established Fitch Ratings’ sustainable finance initiative in the Americas and managed the company-wide roll-out of ESG Relevance Scores, developed net new debt and fixed income initiatives for GRESB, and led Measurabl capital markets product development and sales. Prior experience includes various real estate-related roles at PNC Bank, Royal Bank of Canada, and iCap Realty Advisors.

Bruce Gulley

SVP Global People Operations Organization

 

Bruce develops and executes the overall people plan and the strategic direction of the organization. He leads the areas of company culture in succession planning, talent management, change management, performance management, training and development, DEIB, and compensation.
Bruce has 30+ years of people operations experience, operating as a Senior People Leader at the executive level for Google, Tesla, Amazon, and Gap Inc. during their strongest growth years.

Sara Maffey

Sara ist Measurabl’s Senior Vice President of Managed Services, where she leads go to market strategy, including pricing, ecosystem development, advisory service delivery and customer implementation.

Sara has 20 years of deep experience throughout the built environment lifecycle from the construction management at Turner Construction Company to commercial real estate asset strategy at Cushman & Wakefield and Transwestern, where she served as a board member. Sara was a Presidential Management Fellow under the Obama Administration, where she built ecosystems around entrepreneurship and tech. Prior to joining Measurabl, she was the Head of Corporate Strategy at PropTech startup, Local Logic, focused on due diligence, raising venture funding, and expanding market and product strategy. She has a degree in architecture and urban design from New York University and an MBA from Yale University. Sara’s background allows her to provide strategic direction to drive growth at real estate sustainability and PropTech companies.

Lindsay Luger

Lindsay is a Co-founder and Partner of Energy Impact Partners (EIP). She has spent her career investing in technology companies with a focus on energy, power, and sustainability. At EIP, she has led investments across consumer tech, prop tech, indoor agricultural, ESG measurement, and customer engagement SaaS. Prior to EIP, Lindsay was a Vice President of Digital Power Capital and Wexford Capital, working on dozens of venture capital and growth equity transactions and also serving in operational roles as Vice President of Finance at two portfolio companies.

Brian Nugent

Brian is a Founding General Partner at Sway Ventures. Previously he was an Investment Partner at Torch Hill Investment Partners, a mid-market private equity firm that specializes in technology investments in the defense, intelligence, and aerospace sectors. He was also a serial entrepreneur building venture-backed companies in Silicon Valley.

Jake Fingert

Marjorie Tsang, JD, NACD.DC

Marjorie served as Associate Counsel for Investments, Director of Real Estate Investments, and Interim Chief Investment Officer at the New York State Common Retirement Fund, the third largest public pension fund in the United States, with assets of approximately $246 billion as of June 30, 2022. She was tasked with initiating the pension fund’s ESG program across all asset classes in 2013.

Lisa Benson

Liza is a Partner with Moderne Ventures with over 22 years of venture capital experience and leads investment activity for the Fund with particular focus on companies that can thrive within the real estate industry. Since joining Moderne four years ago, Liza has led transactions in Caribou, Xeal, Super, Kaiyo, Acorn Finance, Bend (sold to HSA Bank), EasyKnock, and Unacast. Prior to Moderne, she was a partner with StarVest Partners, a fund focused on expansion stage B2B SaaS Investments. Previously, Liza was a Managing Director at Highbridge Principal Strategies and a Managing Partner at Bear Stearns’ Constellation Growth Capital.

Vince Monteparte

Vince is a Venture Partner and Principal in the venture capital and investment banking industry. A diverse background in technology, aerospace, transportation, logistics, property tech and ESG has led Vince to roles as Venture Partner at Sway Ventures, a venture capital that backs industry-disrupting founders from inception to exit and Principal at Global Capital Markets, an investment banking firm focusing on mid-market transactions for technology, software, and service companies.
